Where to get figures painted.

I have been looking around for places that paint models. They all seem to be WH40K focused and exhibition standard.

All I'm after is paint good enough to war game with. IE spray primer, spray base coat, flesh, black and gunmetal.

I will be doing the base mounting myself, as this if for Flames of war and I want specific groups.

There will be approximately 100 figures for paining in the first batch.

Anyone know where I can get this done?
